The rooms at Hotel Volgograd are seriously comfortable! I mean, seriously, the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot summer days. And let me tell you, the flat-screen TV in the room was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Not to mention, the minibar was fully stocked, which was great for those late-night cravings. The private bathroom was also super nice - I loved having the option of a shower or bath! Plus, they even provided a hairdryer and free toiletries. the room was just what I needed as a tired and happy holidaygoer.

The only thing I didn't love about the room was the size of the twins. It's just my personal opinion though, others might enjoy the cozy feel.

I keep coming back to a place where they help me with a phone charger. It has everything I need: Free Wi-Fi, Car park, Exercise gym, Swimming pool, Flat-screen TV. Perfect for my city trips.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The hotel is situated in a prime location in the center of the city, next door to a great restaurant and surrounded by other good eateries. Our room had a wonderful view of the park area and was very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable and stress-free. The breakfast was decent, with enough variety to satisfy most guests. The fitness center on the fifth floor is an added bonus.

The hotel's interior appears cluttered and outdated, which detracts from the overall experience.

Had a great xmas stay! The hotel offered a free hot chocolate and cookies on xmas eve, which was a nice touch. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to the river and many restaurants and shops. The room was clean and had a nice view of the park. Appreciated the fridge in the room to keep our drinks cold.

That not all of the staff spoke fluent English, but they were still very friendly and did their best to help us out.

The breakfast could be hit and miss, so it may be better to buy food at a grocery store. The bathroom had some drainage issues that needed prompt attention.

While our stay was almost perfect, we did encounter one minor issue - the lack of sufficient lighting in our room. However, the hotel was quick to respond to our request for more lighting.

A Great Experience in Volgograd!

We had a wonderful stay at a centrally located hotel with a stunning view over Heroes Alley. The beautiful entrance hallway and efficient check-in left a great impression. The breakfast in the beautiful restaurant was ample and tasty, providing a pleasant start to our day. Despite a small issue with the bathroom drains, the problem was quickly resolved by a responsive employee. The hotel's great location made exploring the interesting town of Volgograd very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience in Volgograd.

Spent Xmas at a hotel in the city center of Volgograd. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was decent and had a mini fridge and free wifi. The hotel was in a great location, close to a lot of restaurants and cafes, and within walking distance to key sights. We really enjoyed the proximity to the river, which made for a nice evening stroll.

The hotel was very dated and in need of renovations. The carpets were threadbare, and the air conditioning was not very effective.
